Karen is Irish (which becomes apparent the moment she speaks!) and has lived in the beautiful city of Wolverhampton for over a decade. She has worked in local homeless charities, a drug and alcohol recovery center, and spent five years as a psychotherapist at a national organisation supporting people affected by domestic and sexual abuse. These roles have shaped her trauma-informed approach and commitment to inclusive, accessible therapy.

With over eight years of experience supporting survivors of childhood trauma, sexual abuse, and domestic violence, she offers a compassionate, sensitive, and non-judgemental space for healing.
